Made a reservation a month in advance and thought I was all set for a one week rental. Call multiple times and get routed to customer service hotline confirming my reservation. Get there and it is closed.nnI was told this location is closed until the end of the year yet they allow you to make a reservation online. Awful communication and service.nnWasted a morning walking to this place to pick up the car for nothing. Hertz did not try in any way to make things right. I used to rent cars from hertz often now I will consider other options.

Never answered the phones on where and how to drop off the rental car and they just charge your account for whatever they feel like, and don’t tell you about it. Good luck getting on the phone with them to ask about said charge.

This location has great service. Catrice and the entire team were helpful and professional. They extended every courtesy to me. I highly recommend.

Told to return car here and location was closed even though website and 800 number said they were open
