Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car located at 1201 E. Erie Ave., was a very pleasant experience, the staff is very courteous and professional. Jonathan Santos and Chris were both extremely helpful and made the entire rental process a smooth and hassle-free experience! It's a good feeling to know that right in my neighborhood there's such a high standard of car rental service!

I received professional service but feel that if all are going to be outside at least have a canopy for those who are waiting to be under it. When it rains or too hot out would be nice to have some type of shelter. There was some chaos there but eventually all were taken care of. I had to return my car to get air in tires they were very very low, dangerous to drive out in expressway.

rental check out was good, wait was a little long because of only 1 person in office at a time. Check out upon returning car was not so good, when returning car the gate was closed at 12 and i was told the system shuts down at 12 so I had to rush up the boulevard to another store that closed at 1pm I got there and gate was closed but Hannah took my return, if she did not I would have had to keep the car for extra day or go all the way to the airport and at 80 years old that was quite a runaround. Clerks need to inform clients to return car by 11:30 to avoid confusion.

I rented a car for 1 day but wound up keeping it all week. The process was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend the Erie Ave location to anyone.

Was told all I needed was a debit card and driver's license, when I got there was told I needed a utility bill. I specifically asked what all i needed before I came all the way up there then told me I gotta go get a bill and come back spend money to come up here and you telling me you cant even cover half the uber ride for the inconvenience? My first experience here never again !
