Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was satisfied with my visit overall. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that my reservation was not in the system, although my insurance provider made the appointment. I had to wait for ride from the auto repair shop and then sit in the Enterprise office for quite some time to find my reservation and a vehicle. The staff at Enterprise was very nice so that outweighed the inconvenience.

As always, my visit to Enterprise was great. Good Customer service.

While my vehicle was being repaired Enterprise provided me with a very clean, low millage SUV. The agreement and instructions were clear and precise. Paying for fuel up front, it was a pleasure returning the car with only fumes in the tank.

I was renting a car from Enterprise, Castor Ave., Phila. This was an accident rental.I was given a daily amount from the insurance co. When I could not find a car that met my needs, the Enterprise team went far out of their way to find a car to please me. They got the insurance co. to adjust to my needs and it didn't cost me any extra. Thanks to the enterprise team and mgmt. that helped me.

Customer services is bad, cars are dirty and have drug paraphernalia in them also dog hair all over. Make sure you take pictures of vehicles at pick up or they try and say you “damaged their vehicles “ the store manager Talibah needs a course in manners.
