Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Suppose to pick up vehicle at 830. Upon arriving at 830 vehicle wasn't on property. When vehicle arrived at enterprise we had to wait for vehicle to be detailed. Gentleman detailing truck was busy talking on his phone. The condition of the truck appeared to be a contractor truck with cement residue in the bed. Truck wasn't ready till 10. Mirrors were filthy.

This location was perfect! It was close to my house, the staff was all nice and professional and a car was available when I arrived. I had minimal wait time! And they followed up with a call the next day to ensure I was satisfied with the rental. I would definitely choose this location again.

Do not rent from them. I called and spoke to them multiple times told them how someone else was renting the car for me. Never once was i told I couldn’t be a driver if that person was using a debit card. NEVER!!!!! Changed reservation to that persons name. Got to enterprise and everything was still under MY NAME!!!! Worker just kept saying oh there is a note here that you were supposed to call back. I DID CALL BACK AND GAVE ALL INFO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor business and worker didn’t care to help us either. Will never ever rent from them and will tell everyone I know to never rent from them!!!!
