Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Went in with my father to rent a larger vehicle for a day trip with my children and a few of their friends and was HaPPILY surprised. I reserved the vehicle of choice the night before, but received a call in the morning asking if they did not have the vehicle of choice would I accept another close in size, which I did not mind at all.. We got there and was upgraded to a jeep/truck ud83dude42ud83dude43.. Was at the facility for about 15minutes in and out.. Even went back to extend and that took a even shorter amount of time..

Like always your frankford ave. manager is superb.. Ive never encounter such respect and service. She is the reason i recommend enterprise and will return. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. I had to get a few extensions which I was able to do over the phone which was fast and painless

I have been renting a vehicle from this location every week for the past 6 weeks. The customer service is absolutely amazing!! I have been helped by the entire staff and there is no one working in this location that isn't delightful!! As long as Jess is still managing this place will have high ratings!!
