Hertz

Sloan Toyota rented a vehicle for me while my car was being serviced, which was appreciated. However Hertz used my credit card left for record a week later charging for another rental without my authorization. I had to cancel my card to stop them from future charges. Recently I received a bill for tools that I did not incur. No one is available to answer the phone to dispute the charges. Next better option is calling better business bureau. My advice to anyone considering a rental is; DO NOT RENT FORM THIS LOCATION ! Even as a comped rental it is not worth the trouble.

They was very commandating especially when my insurance company canceled my rental within 7 days. They was completely understanding and supportive.

Do not go there for any purpose I prepaid for my rental and at the end they charged my card in addition to the prepayment
