Jeremy is a really great and cool leader. Anthony help me out with everything I needed and was a really big help. My favorite branch in the entire country by a long shot.

I would normally give this place a perfect 05/05. They have always been quick and kind. I had a recent experience that was far less than satisfactory. I rented a car for 75 for 3 days. I added 1 more day on this. I called them up to inquire about it and the kid I talked to said that rates change daily and that was the new rate. That also turned out to not be true. they charge $60.00 to extend your rental and then charge a $10.00 fee on top of that for a rental modification.nI looked back through the contract and found this. So the person I talked to also didn't seem to care much, but also didn't know this. I felt like when I made the change he could have let me know this. so instead of being around $85 for the rental it was $153. Turned out to be double the cost for just 1 day. You could tell he was going through the motions and could care less.nLast time I rented a car I completely forgot to fill it. It was only like 6 gallons but the nice guy did cut me a bit of a break. I didn't care about that as much as he actually cared. I will continue renting and by technically they still deserve 5 stars but I would have thought someone would mention the rental cost going from $25 a day to $60. If I knew that I would have just brought it back. They are covered because the contract does state this. But not making a customer aware of this when I called in and not caring when is where they dropped the ball.

This location is the best! The manager -Jeremy Riner is amazing! Best customer service I have ever had! I will highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the Portland area- business or pleasure! Very professional, upbeat and helpful!

This location is great!! Fantastic customer service...I'm sorry I can't find the name of manager who helped my son and me. Very accommodating and the prices were the best of all local choices.

Good communication and friendly staff. They work with my insurance company so when I was in an accident I was sent here for a vehicle. Kyle answered my many questions and made sure I was in a vehicle that would be comfortable for me for the long length of my rental. They picked me up from the body shop and picked up the car from the body shop at the end of the rental period. This is a small location but the service is great!
