I rented a few times from Mr. Keith at the Fairless Hills location so I'm glad he is now at this location. I needed a minivan, but most locations were sold out and he had one. Infact he upgraded me to a 12 passenger van. He is very professional and goes out of his way to exceed your expectations. Thanks again.
The car was good and the rates were ok due to a deal I found, but Keith, the only guy who seems to work at this location, is extremely rude. I would never go to this location again and do not recommend it.
Second best option only bc I'm a member elsewhere but they have great prices, & the policies r very leaniant
Keith is the GM there and he and his staff are AWESOME to deal with I have 3 locations closer to my house but I rather deal with Keith... Because the other's hospitality leaves a lot to be desired...
Awful agent. He was arrogant and when I returned the car he was rude. I saw a cleaning fee on my car after I returned the car for some cookie crumbs. Many rental agencies just vacuum it and be done with it (looks like this guy was lazy!!)nnDo not rent at this spot at all!!!!! Worst car rental experience. Bensalem has other car rental that is better than this one!!
