Avis Car Rental

Fast,great customer service, but the only this location is limited to vehicles. So if you want a bigger selection Airport it is! Hassle free I love it. In and out.

Great service (Sunday hours a definite plus too). Price was extremely reasonable and the car was brand new and in great shape. Not much more you can ask for from a rental experience. Highly recommended.

I called ahead to confirm my rental but when I got there the store was closed and I was told they’d be back in an hour with my car. The following day I locked my keys in the rental, when I called the office they were not helpful at all - come to find out Avis has roadside assistance but it was never mentioned when I called and asked them for help with a lock out. Once I got into the car I saw the number on the keychain (but the keys were in the car at the time!)

My car rental was an enjoyable experience. I would have preferred to receive the car I reserved. Instead I received a larger vehicle which was nice but was bigger than expected. I had issues with valet parking at my destination. I would definitely use Avis again. Make sure you do your homework on discount offers. I found one better that saved me over $100.
