Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Very impressive experience. Initially there was an issue with getting the vehicle I requested. Tristan and Kevin figured out a compromise that went above and beyond my expectations. They even went out of their way to deliver the other vehicle at my residence during the very limited time frame I had available. The customer service, professionalism and courtesy they extended to me speaks volumes. Great job and kudos to you both. Thank you!

I went to return the car and last minute, I needed a ride back Josh set it up for me with no hesitation. He was the only one in the office, and let me tell you he did an outstanding job with getting me out of there while answering phones, and take care of other customers. Thank you Josh

One earlier Saturday morning I get a confirmation email saying I rented a car in New Jersey. Only problem is I didn't rent a car and I was in washington state. I call enterprise in Jersey. After 30 minutes on hold and tell them what was going on. Apparently someone with same name as me rented a car and for some reason used my email address to check in.nUtiSo I ask if I can get my email taken off because I did not rent the car and I don't want updated on this. Well guess what I got updates throughout the entire process. So much that even just got one asking for a review on how enterprise rent a car did. So here ya go enterprise this is how you did. One star.
