Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have been renting from Enterprise for over ten years. They have always been a kind and friendly establishment. The employees and I would make each other laugh whenever I'm in the office renting a vehicle, just as if old friends were reconnecting again. When reserving on-line, someone has taken the liberty to have a vehicle waiting for me, or recommend an upgrade depending on my needs. I wouldn't rent anywhere else, even if it was in another country, enterprise would be my only services.

This location was great. Justin picked me up and was extremely professional and helpful. They did everything that the could to make sure that I had a great experience. Much appreciated!

I never had any issues at enterprise before And only ever had great things to say about their employees. However, this was not one of those experiences. I can not speak for the entire staff at this location but the one person that I had the displeasure of dealing with was awful, not accommodating, and inconsiderate. It really made the whole renting process traumatic and I am not willing to go back to this specific enterprise because of it. The least I will do is call prior to coming to ensure that I will not be dealing with this person again.

Overall a good experience.nPros: straight forward and friendly. Cars well maintained. Mohammad hooked me up with an upgrade which was very nice of him. Prices were much cheaper than the Hertz on Maguire/Dix.nCons: only reason this location did not get all 5 stars is because the “we’ll pick you up” only exists here if you don’t need it within the last hour of them being open. Which is the only time I had to operate for my rental window.nAlso there is no discernible difference in their “military discount” as the lady looked up her price with the discount and I got the same price not trying any discount code on my phone so oh well.nOverall still satisfied with my two recent rental experiences here.

Got us in and out fast and really helped us when our truck was in a hit and run accident. Nice car and friendly helpful service!
