Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented from the enterprise in Marlton NJ for the last 3 years times for business trips as well as personal needs. Every time I have to take a business trip I would rent a car from them. I am a “Platinum” customer. I do not know if their management has changed but that is an assumption I am making. In short, the last time I rented I was charged an exorbitant rate which came out to about a littles less than 1k a week. An OUTRAGEOUS rate. The “assistant” Manager was rude and very unapologetic when I spoke to him mid rental.nAll I have to say is I find their pricing now to be deceptive and outrageous. I have written to their customer service department and not received an answer. They have charged my companies cred card over 3 THREE THOUSAND dollars.nI have spoken to other rental companies to use for my future needs. They have assured me their rates are much fairer and they do not charge for the extras as Enterprise does. They educated me that this is a common complaint about Enterprise and is due to the fact that the individual stores are franchises and decisions are left to the discretion of the individual owners.nI would recommend that anyone reading this not to assume the Enterprise customer loyalty program means anything or that the friendliness of their staff when you speak to them and what they tell you will be honored. Go elsewhere for your business and personal needs.

Enterprise is one of my favorite car rental companies. The prices could be higher sometimes compared to other companies however I always find the best car in there. Carla app always shows me the best cars from Enterprise. Plus, I have not had surprise prices at the counter. Always found the correct price!

I was in and out with a very nice car in less than 10 minutes. It might have been nice if they went over some of the features in the car. The probably assumed that I'm a young, tech savvy guy, which I am. I would imagine that with older customers they go through all that. In any case, very good experience.

Friendly assisting staff. Staff helpful in providing a 8 seater as requested. Great car, ran well.

I have an Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio at Alfa in Maple Shade, they are set up with this Enterprise location for anyone who has a car in for service for an extended period of time. I have been stuck with a Lincoln MKZ for the last 4 weeks asking each and every week for something sporty and comparable to my $80,000 Quadrifoglio. I continue to get the run around and when I ask for the representative from others he is not available and does not return my phone calls. I asked for the Maserati Ghibli that was in stock and I have even ask for one of their convertible Mustangs, no attempt to change me out of this vehicle that I cannot stand for the last month!
