Budget Car Rental

I made my reservation one month ago because I am moving out of state. I called the location today to confirm my reservation and price some add-ons, but the agent informed me that this location has not had rental trucks in over a month and does not anticipate anymore trucks for another month. She also stated she wasn't sure why the system was still allowing customers to make reservations. Fleet manager (Jovany) recommended I use a competitor. This is a NIGHTMARE for someone who is doing a long-distance move next week and was planning on spending $2,000+ with the company. I wish I could leave no stars.

Really really REALLY upset with what’s happening with our long distance move right now because of going through this company... will be calling in the morning to make a formal complaint.

Fast and easy. I've been renting from Enterprise in Cherry Hill, NJ for years. Enterprise always took forever and frequently didn't have the car I reserved. The Budget office at the Wyndham Hotel in Mount Laurel, NJ was the best. Super fast, very helpful, no wait, easiest drop off ever.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Moving at 9am tomorrow and just got a phone call at 5:15pm the night prior to tell me there is no truck at the location for me and that I have to figure it out on my own pretty much. Absolutely ridiculous that Budget is putting me in a position to not be able to move and lose out on time and money. Absolute disgrace.

I would give 0 if I could! I was given a truck that would need to be jumped when you shut it off. When trying to move this is the last thing you need especially when you are in a moving truck with the people helping you move and don’t have another vehicle to jump you. Had to drive an hour to jump the truck and returned the truck like customer service requested and no one was there(2:30pm on a Saturday). Had to keep the truck running while we took everything off into another truck just so we could return it. Horrible customer service and I even called the Cherry Hill office to see if they could help and I was told she had 4 people in front of her wondering why she was on the phone with me and not helping them. I will NEVER USE BUDGET for anything again!
