I love the customer service at the Mount Laurel, NJ location. They are always very friendly and professional. I never have to wait long for my car. They get you in and out, I like that.

I didn't like the service they charged me 92 dollars 4 a extra day that they said would only cost 56 dollars also charged me for gas when the car was on full tank like I got it but I will b disputing that I will never rent from them ever in I rent cars all the time from avis in budget the service was horrible from the time i reached the rental location.

The staff at this office is kind , friendly and very helpful to me everytime I've gone to this location! I'm always in and out without any problems or hassle. Thank you!

These people are so unprofessional don’t ever use this place ever!!! They overcharged us over $900 for 1 day never inspected the car before we left it smelled like smoke bring it back charges us $250 saying we did it we don’t even smoke the driver tire blew out on the interstate almost caused us to have a bad accident so we returned it early due to the circumstances the dudes name is Eugene we were lied too this was fraudulent and very misleading we were not supplied the service they promised no empathy shown we told them it smelled like smoke too bad several times this incompetent person deserves to be fired we filed a fraud claim with the bank he also threatened us to leave the store and refused a refund we wanted one after that gave us the 1800 number
