En Route Medical Transport, LLC

We hired En Route Medical Transport on several occasions back in early May, to transport my father to and from his dialysis center, and from the hospital. The owner, Tyran Wheaton, was always the driver. I only have very positive things to say about him. He was always on time, professional, and pleasant. I would highly recommend his company, and will hire En Route again if a need arises in the future.

Transport company has left my father at appointments multiple times and when we attempt to reach out to them no one ever answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. It is really sad no one ever gets back with you.

We have needed to use Enroute Medical transport several times to get to my husbands medical appointments. All the staff have been on time, friendly and very professional. They are a pleasure to work with and treated my husband with care and respect. Highly recommended.

En Route's performance far outshines any medical transport company my family has used. In fact, after having tried many others, we now only book with En Route. If you're like us, two factors are most important when choosing medical transport: The first is that they show up on time; the second is that they treat your loved one with compassion and consideration. We've used them on several occasions, and they never failed in either category. In particular, I recommend a driver named Thana for her strong but gentle handling, attention to detail, and warm disposition. My mom wanted me to add that Thana’s very mindful of using gloves and hand sanitizer – important in the midst of flu and virus season – and she made an effort to avoid bumps in the road so that we could enjoy a comfortable ride. She knows how to put nervous patients at ease. That said, all of En Route's drivers have been great - we like them all, and they always get us to our appointments on time!!! I recommend them wholeheartedly.
