Trans Unit is the best. They will go above and beyond for you to make sure you are satisfied. I just love Sam. He ALWAYS does WHATEVER he can to make you feel comfortable with your transportation needs. I had an urgent situation in which I needed transportation today and spoke with Sam and he without second thought did not hesitate to take my trip so I wouldn't have to worry about cancelling it. He is the best. I would recommend Trans Unit to anyone hands down.

Absolutely love this company! We dealt with Chris in scheduling and Malcolm was our wonderful driver. They ware professional, courteous, very helpful and patient with all of our needs. I highly recommend this company!

I called a few days ago and again this morning to verify my scheduled ride. Everything was “all good”. As my pick up time passed I called to see what the hold up was. They decided they were unable to accommodate my ride but failed to call me or the company, doctor, etc.nThanks for making me miss an appointment to set up a very necessary surgery. Our appointments are important and we as patients and customers deserve better!!!nThanks for the NO SHOW!!

These guys were great ! My grandmother is hard to please but she was so happy with the service that trans unit provided. They picked her up on time and were very professional. The drivers were very compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure my grandmother was taken care of. I feel happy knowing that she is in good hands and definitely will continue to use this company.

Made an appointment this morning for my sister to be taken to the doctor. I made it clear that she could not bend her leg. I was told no problem and quoted a price. One guy showed up this morning and said he didn't have a stretcher or a wheelchair with a leg extender so we couldn't take her. He called the dispatcher and she said that I had said she could use a wheelchair. I specifically said she could not. She said the quoted price was for two people - only one showed up. They said a stretcher would be available after 11. I rescheduled her appt. for 3. Called and was told they could only take her at 11. What a disgrace. Had to find another company at twice the price because of the late notice. Would never use this company again or recommend them.
