Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I had the best experience with Enterprise. They were prompt, efficient, and customer service was great. The vehicle was top notch. I think I want my next vehicle purchase to be that vehicle. Such a smooth ride.

The workers seem pleasant but when I got the bmw 740 last week, I didn’t realize how filthy inside and out is was. I mean the leather tan seats had dirt stains where the seat extends, their was trash in the trunk with dirty rubber clothes, also the car has no gas which was a major inconvenience. I had to call them about it because we were not given a heads up about the gas. I had to basically detail the car when I got back to the house. We never get sent to this location, I always go to the exotic place in cherry hill where I’ve never had to triple check like I did here. Dont go here, even when they try to send you here at the last minute !!!

very helpful, and flexible on pick up times,, had everything ready , literally first thing in the morning for pick up, so i was able to walk in, walk out and get to work on time ! thanks much guys

The rental car could have been cleaner especially during the COVID-19, didn't seem that the car was sanitized. The exhaust system was loud and it seemed that there was a noise coming from the tires. We were given an Elantra and we were supposed to get a full size car or a SUV because we left our car at the dealer for service and they arranged the rental car to be closer to the Q70 Infiniti we were having serviced.

every encounter has been smooth, professional and friendly. They even scrambled to find my EZ-Pass in a car I had returned for me and got it back to me that same day.
