Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We've rented from this location twice in a two week span. Both times we went, the experience couldn't have been more seamless. Jennifer assisted us both times, and was extremely kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating.nnAlthough it's a major chain, the staff makes you feel like it's a warm small town mom and pop operation. I could not be more satisfied with the vehicles and the service. If you are in the area, and need a rental, I'd highly recommend using Enterprise of Medford

Jennifer and Cameron go above and behind anytime I need to rent a car for work. For instance when the app and Enterprise customer service said there was no cars available, I emailed Jennifer and she got in touch with Cameron and I had the rental car I wanted the next day. I have had nothing but good experiences here!

It's a fine car rental place very close to my house. I lucked out and got a luxury SUV instead of the compact I ordered. They picked me up at home as well.

I would have to say this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a business in a long time The girl that worked there I wish I could remember her name went above and beyond the call of duty with her job and I hope the owner recognizes a good employee when he has one because I have had businesses for the past 23 years that was the worst part is finding good employees she was very nice very professional I was stressed out nothing was working out I was running late and I called her and she said just come over I will stay past my time and wait for you I could still hear the smile in her voicesome of the stress just went away

The car was fine and the direct billing to the insurance company worked out nicely.nnPick up and communication was the struggle. Made arrangements for pick up the day before and no one showed up.nnThen after calling the next morning it took 45 minutes for someone to come get me even though it was a 10 minute drive.nnThe Medfotd office didn’t seem to care.
