5 + Stars !!!, and I haven't' even returned the rental yet. This superstar rating is based 99% on the quality of customer service provided to me by the Enterprise gentleman (and I wish I knew his name) who picked me up at my home in Medford and took me to the Lumberton location. His demeanor, attitude, respectfulness, courtesy, and quick, complete, and accurate answers to the questions I had about options within the rental agreement, make this employee an asset to Enterprise. Some people are very good with customer service. This gentleman, in my opinion, wrote the book.

The gentlemen at the enterprize car rental in lumberton nj were very helpful and got us in and out and on our way ,we had a great vehicle no problems at all ,we had a safe trip and the fact that everyone at the rental site was so pleasant it made our experience as first time car rentals a very good one I would definitly give them a five star and recommend them to everyone I know,a big shout out and thank you once again

It was fairly easy to rent a car from Enterprise Rent-a-Car, my only problem was having to wait until I had a definite start date.nCustomer Service was good, rate was good. I will probably rent from them again if I have a need.

Was very professional. Very clean !!! In the process of getting our van someone had bought it, but no frett we had another van in 15 minutes. Great deal as well!!
