We rented a car from the Williston, ND National Car Rental at the Airport. The car was very clean, ran well, no problems what-so-ever. The process of getting the car and returning the car was without problems. Perfect.
I rented a car with a contract which charged for mileage. The starting mileage on the contract was lower than the actual when I picked up the car. I had to drop off after hours but I noted the discrepancy on my return envelope and wrote them I had photographic proof. This was ignored and I was charged for mileage I didn't drive anyway. Boo!
Never going to rent from National again. Long story, but not even interested in going through it.
Matthew, the manager and his team is the best. The rental vehicles are always clean and best suited for driving in the area. I will continue to rent from National.
