Not happy with the experience we had with Jessica at the airport. Very hard to work with. I had made a reservation and went to pick up the car and they said they didn’t have any cars left. So we waited for a couple hours to see what else would come in. We went back and she was very short with us and not great to work with. Said we could come back the next day and she would call to see if they get anything in. So I tried to call in the morning and they again didn’t have any cars. She told me the cars they did have wouldn’t work for me. She had told me before that she would call me when they got something in. We never received a call to explore other options of cars that they did have. We waited all day to just end up canceling the reservation and going with a different rental company. Not a great experience. I have rented a lot of cars from enterprise but this will be a location I hope to not have to visit again.
Airport was in very remote area of No Dakota so was unable to arrange a pick up or drop off at airport so had to arrange own expensive transportation to pick up vehicle. Also due to remote area, choices of car was very limited. Otherwise the desk clerks were very pleasant
I had a very important meeting with senior leaders of our parent company and required a large SUV and specifically requested a Suburban. I called to confirm a couple days before but when I arrived it wasn't available. I was given a smaller SUV that was too small for (4) 6'5'+ tall people to fit it. I had to make other arrangements and most likely won't use Enterprise again.
Disappointed that the car was not ready when I arrived. I was early, but not so much that I expected to wait 45 minutes for the car to be cleaned. I was offered a different car, but only for an upgrade fee that was more than I was willing to pay.
Convenient and super nice on check in. Easy access to car from terminal. Will use again for sure
