Great experience, staff was fast and polite. Only issue was the economy car I reserved didn't have played so I wasn't able to take it across state lines, so they upgraded me to a full size sedan with no extra charge. I just wish I was able to get the economy car for the fuel economy. 3000 miles can add up, but I'm still very happy with enterprise.
Second time renting a car.
I chose Enterprise for 2 reasons: 1) I don't know where else I could rent a car in Fallon, mainly because I didn't bother searching around, I knew where Enterprise is; 2) I've heard from others it's cheap and easy to rent from here.
I must say I was impressed. The man helping us was extremely nice, and very helpful. I showed up expecting to rent a car without reserving one first. He informed me they had ALL of their cars reserved for people, and after some computer work he figured out how he could get us a car for the weekend. It only took about 25 minutes.
The car we got was cheap for a 3 day rental, clean inside, the outside was dirty because of the weather lately, and it was full of fuel.
The computer work for signing and all that was super easy, and he emailed copies of it to me so I didn't have a handful of papers to mess with.
If I have to rent again, I will definitely go to Enterprise.
Also, I found out that Enterprise sells cars too, at a cheaper rate because they're used of course. According to the agent I spoke with, their Reno lot has almost any type of car you could ask for ( including high-end sports cars), and they shouldn't be any older than 2017.
They had great customer service.the car that I rented was very clean. In and out quick.
Everytime I rent a vehicle from Enterprise Fallon I get 5 star fast, easy, and amazing service! Thank you Megan for helping me pay for my car quick, and effortlessly.
Customer for life! All other car rental companies pale in comparison.
