Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a Jeep Compass at Enterprise Somers Point NJ. The people in Somers Point are always friendly. The car was ready upon our arrival. The car ran well and was mechanically sound. One issue- and it may sound like a non issue- but it was a big issue to us. There were six open air fresheners under the drivers and passengers seats. Stank horribly and caused us to wheeze. Drove two days with windows open, then finally pulled over, emptied the car, searched and found the numerous air fresheners. Upon discarding them, the odor reduced and after a day we could breathe in the car with only periodic opening of the windows. Final rental bill agreed with our expectations.

My reservation was quick and easy. Also, my rental was a luxury SUV it drove very nice and was very comfortable for our family road trip. Thank you very much for a clean great easy and nice rental service.

Our car's transmission failed about a mile from the Enterprise in Somers Point, NJ. When we made it to the property , the staff, especially Rosie Allen, took care of us in a most agreeable way. We even left our car there to be picked up by our roadside assistance provider at a later time. Our experience was very satisfying.
