Dealing with Ariel at this Avis Airport location has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. First off this location is unmanned and you have to call Ariel to come into work ( even though you pre-book a rental and expect the employees to be present )nSecondly Ariel lied saying she has no vehicles in stock ( 3rd call she finally decided to come into work and provide me a rental )nThird, when she actually showed up she smelled of alcohol and was not wearing any Avis uniforms.nnAll in all this was a super bad experience and super unprofessional.
