Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Friendly and accommodating. They had told me I would get a certain car, not my request, but what they thought would be available. As it turned out, it needed some regular maintenance, so the gave me a different car. I was scheduled to have it 5 days, and ended up with 18 days due to issues at the body shop. Never had any issues with them or my insurance.

This place is a joke. Call and make sure they have cars. Don't trust an online reservation confirmation. Stranded in hannibal. Thanks enterprise !

The receptionist was very polite and nice. The last couple of times we have rented from Enterprise we don't get the class of car we requested.nnThis time the car stunk bad and one of the headlights was out. Not getting the class of car is more of an inconvenience then you realize on a 2000 mile trip.

The car we rented was actually really nice but when it comes to customer service they fall extremely short .... I have been waiting and calling and being given the run around for 3 weeks over my deposit return if not for the poor customer service this review would have been much better (handle your customers the same way you expect us to handle your cars)

I have avoided Enterprise in Hannibal, MO simply because they have had the same two bad reviews for the past year with no positive ones. As a result, I continued to drive to Quincy, IL for my rentals. Two local friends recently told me they have rented in Hannibal many times with good results, so I decided to give them a try. The car was ready for me on time, it was clean and gave me no problems. The people were courteous and efficient. I will use them again, and am glad I no longer have to drive to Quincy for rentals.
