Usually enterprise is a great company, that j use for work a couple times a month throughout the country. But this time I got stuck in minot, and called enterprise, this branch doesn't believe in the company saying about customers. Management must need some change
Umm, its enterprise - dumpster fire of an operation, but this location is cheaper than the airport.
Customer service was great! If you don't have a credit card, there is a $200 deposit fee, you need proof of car insurance, and a current (not past due) bill from the area with your name! Just a fyi! Other than that, I would use them again!
As always great service and the guy who's car hit mine, insurance paid for everything.
