Never had the car we prepaid for. Extremely rude staff person. Stated they are not owned by Avis therefore they do not follow anything found on an Avis website. Will Never consider them ever again. Walked out with no car and charged for full rental of a vehicle tgey did not have.
Agent was very helpful, small airport, easy access.
Agent was from Mexico and I gave the name of North Dakota 5 times , she could not understand anything
I’ve rented with them for four months and they have been very helpful always.
