The recording for this location states they are open from 9 AM to 11 PM Monday through Sunday, yet after trying multiple call times over multiple days, leaving a message as well as sending a fax I have been unable to earth and a response. ud83dudc4e
Called them earlier and they said they didn't have anything available and to call back this evening that one was coming in. I've called twice this evening and left messages both times because they refuse to answer the phone. Nobody has bothered to call me back. Been trying for past 6 hours now. Don't waste your time. If you ever have the pleasure of going there, you will find them playing on phone while phone rings over and over. Piss poor customer service.
Since I’ve been working here I haven’t gotten a single complaint from our customers. I’m so sorry to anyone that has had a terrible experience in the past. Come on by and let me know what I can do to prevent anything like whatever you had to deal with from happening again!
Pretty easy in and out
I would never rent from Hertz again. They didn't answer the phones when I needed to talk about some random charges that popped up after i returned the car. I don't think they cared to talk to me about it. The lady was rude and said we returned the car late but we didn't. We were still charged anyway. And they didn't let us know they charge per mile. Whenever I have rented from Hertz before I was never charged per mile. I don't like how they do business.
