I rented a car for 5 days, and was asked return on the 4th day and still pay for the 5th day. Their general customer service seems to be OK, but the idea of having to pay for an extra day even though you don't get to use it on the 5th day was disconcerting. After confronting them they tried to convince me that it was 4 days even though you could see what was on the receipt. Afterwards they remove one day a payment only because I was complaining not because they were in the wrong. Later I found out that they were going bankrupt. Yeah, I'm not going back there again.

Made a reservation several days before I needed the car and even called and checked to make sure I was going to get the right car. Well upon getting there not only did they not have my reservation, they didn't have the right car or even have a clue who I was. I showed them where I had already paid in advance and had my confirmation numbers and emails from Hertz. It made no difference to the kid behind the desk. He acted like it was no big deal, and basically ignored me and proceeded to move on to another person that just walked in. I had to be very assertive with him and remind him not only was I here first and been waiting 35 mins already, but I already paid and am just waiting on him to get me going.super rude the whole time and just acted like I was bothering him to do his actual job. He played and talked to friends on his phone while I was standing there as well. After another 25 mins he finally got a car for me even though it wasn't the right one and charged me accordingly. Also I asked more then once before booking my car about extra fees or deposits I would need to account for. I was told only thing would be if I choose the options. After they get to the end and you sign then they ask for your card and put a $200 hold on your account. WOW terrible service, they lie straight to your face. When he finally pulled the car around, he drove the poss out of it in the parking lot and had some garbage rap music blasting and left it while he got out to do the walk around. I had to turn the music down just so I could hear and be heard. I asked if the cars get cleaned before they are sent back out, and I was promised that they were. Well that's some nonsense. I had to clean the insides of the windows because they were so dirty you couldn't really see out the back window , and the side windows had prints all over them and there was feet prints on the passenger side window like someone had gotten busy in there. The floors had dirt and left over fast food wrappers and crumbs. The cup holders had some kind of gunk in it that was super sticky.there was a small Walmart bag in the trunk that was obviously left with the trash still in it. When you turned the heat on and had it on recycled air it smelled like someone had been smoking nasty cigars with the windows up and heat/air going . I was told to bring the car back with a half tank, even though the car only had a quarter tank which is messed up. The milage was wrong, it didn't get added properly when he did the paperwork either. I went to stl airport twice from Columbia and went a few places in town, no where close to the almost 700 miles he said I went . Miles are unlimited but it's the principal. All in all it was a terrible experience and it's definitely not one I'm going to take there ever again. Oh forgot about car pulling to the left the entire time. I told him and he said it would get taken care of. As for the reservation not being right , well two more people came in and had the same problem and they got upgraded for the same price, why didn't we get that? Kinda felt personal. When I was dropping the car off I had to wait about a hour and the same problem happened with two more people, they also were upgraded for no extra cost. Was it a racial thing because I was the only Caucasian?

Aysia was great! Very little wait time and all employees I saw were professional. When someone called or would come in, they were greeted and assisted immediately. I would definitely recommend this rental company

Had a great experience with Tony! He called me right before they closed to tell me the car I had been hoping for had come in. He waited for me past 6pm for me to get it. Thank you!!
