Very disappointed. The car was filthy on the inside when I picked it up. Then after loading it up and driving a few minutes I realized there was no antenna so we had a no working radio our entire 14 hour trip. Then when I returned the vehicle one day early I was told I would not be getting a refund day extra day we didn’t use. Their reasoning was because I had already paid in full online. Customer service both in-store and over the phone were ridiculous. Waiting times on the phone we’re long and unsuccessful. I will not be using this company again.
Great experience. Wonderful customer service
I was having an incredibly miserable day when I showed up at the rental counter to get my car. To be clear, the day had started in another country at 3 a.m. I walked up to the counter, gave him my credit card and ID, and he just hand me the keys. Told me I didn't have to sign anything. Didn't try to up sell anything with me, beyond asking if there is anything else I needed. It was the most perfect customer service I have ever had at a car rental counter. Easy, straightforward, helpful. It made me feel like the day might be heading in the right direction.
I rented a car from here. It already had damage. They gave me a discount. Then I told them the check engine light came on & the rep said it’s fine I don’t know what I am talking about because I am not a mechanic... The car continued to run horribly and when I dropped it off I showed the inspection sheet to the drop-off crew. Today I received a bill for the windshield damage that was already there, the same damage I got a discount for. I am being charged $300 for a car that was barely working. Never rent from this place. Your better off renting from Hertz or Enterprise.
Horrible experience. Totally dishonest, we will never use them again! We made our reservation online, and received a confirmation of the total we would be charged. However, weeks later, we were charged $50.70 in toll fees. We had no idea who the charge was from until we did some research. We paid all tolls in cash as we went through. We had no idea the device was also tracking the tolls. So not only did we get charged twice for the tolls, there was some sort of daily fee on top of the toll charge. They never once mentioned anything about opting out of this option. They never even mentioned that this thing existed. Sleazy dishonest practices.
