My husband and I were not able to reserve our car online so we went to the store. The young man who waited on us said they only had 2 cars left and the charge would be $71.00 for an intermediate car instead of the normal $44.00. We ask why and the representative sad because we have 2 cars left and thats just how it is. I consider that poor customer service. We ask about a veterans discount and was told it was 5% but every where we rent from Enterprise has been 10%. The representative didn't deduct the discount. This store struggles with offering a good customer experience which has made my husband and I decide we would most likely use another service in the Columbia Mo area.. The manager did finally add the Veterans discount and put it up to 10% after I got upset. I suggested that they offer better training for the staff to be must more personal able and more informed about their procedures.
The staff were very friendly. I loved the Toyota Highlander I rented. Someday I would like to own one. Service was perfect!! Will always rent from Enterprise.
This particular location is a bit more pricey bc it's by the airport, also the person on the phone totally ignored when I asked about any discounts. Come to find out there's a 5% for military and law enforcement.
Great they had what I wanted!
