The vehicle was very nice but our trip was cancelled due to Covid-19. We picked it up on Thursday afternoon, drove it home (2 miles), then drove it back the next day (2 miles) to return it. I understand rentals are by day and not mileage but we really did not get to use the vehicle at all and still had to pay for the day we had it.nIt would have gone a long way for improved customer relations if there had been at least a discounted charge. It was just a little disappointing and disheartening.

Very pleased with the service here. It was quick & they answered all my questions, furnished me with the cars I requested & I was on the road. Cars were very well maintained & clean.
