Even though it was Labor Day weekend,Enterprise went out of their way to make sure that I would have my rental vehicle on time. A big thank you to Gaby. She was very helpful and gave me all the info for my rental. Thank you Enterprise.
I use Enterpise all the time for business related travel. Didn't even think to use anyone else when visiting Garden City. Had reserved a car for Sunday and had no issues whatsoever. In fact we had tried to get a vehicle from the location in town on Saturday on very short notice but none were available. The girl was great and explained. She also explained that if the airport location would not be open someone would contact us and arrange pickup the next day for our Sunday rental. That's service!. The gentlemen checking us in on Sunday went above and beyond answering questions and getting us underway. Will use Enterpise anytime in the area.
Very disappointed with the service because there was none. I had a reservation to pick a car up at 9:30pm stayed till 10:15pm and not one person showed up.
Had a reserved car for pickup at 10pm. All rental counters were closed on arrival. No phone number to call listed at counter like Hertz has. Had to call taxi to take me to my hotel and will rent a car tomorrow from Hertz!
My boss tried to get me car but they said we have no cars but when we drive there we seen they did have some every time we come to garden City their service sucks
