Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Customer service was definitely better than most Enterprise Locations. I just relocated to the area for work and will continue to use them based off their customer service. The reason for the 3 cars I booked 2 weeks in advance and the only truck they had available was damaged. I was given a Jeep (which I loved) just the cleanliness of the vehicle was not there for me!

We had an official reservation completed with Enterprise’s call center. When we arrived to the location before closing, they told us the cars they had were already spoken for earlier and could not be given to us, even though we had a reservation in the system . Family drove us a decent distance to get to the location, and since we could not get the vehicle, we were forced to stay in a hotel. If an airline made an egregious mistake of their own doing, they would do something to accommodate the customer. They call center was saying it was the systems fault, and the location blamed the call center; they pointed fingers at each other and could not take ownership. We do not like leaving negative reviews, but this was one of the worst cases of customer service without any effectiveness or efficiency - it leaves quite the lasting impression on us.

The customer service is excellent. I have enjoyed the staff and that is why I keep coming back.

Fast friendly service. Car performed nicely but Nissan Rogue was very uncomfortable when driving for several hours.

Received free car upgrade! Hassle free and GREAT customer service! Will use again!!
