Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I made a reservation online for a car last week. When I arrived this morning to get the car, the rep. Trevor didn't even want to let me inside the building even though I had on a mask and it was raining! He then began to ask me questions that should've been on my reservation. He even had the audacity to ask who my current employer was! He got mad because I asked why he was asking me all these questions he then decided to refuse me rental stating I was harassing him. But GOD is good. Went up the street to AVIS. Got a larger vehicle cheaper rate with NO reservation.

My experience at this location was excellent. I am more than happy to leave a review. I had placed my personal vehicle in the shop in preparation for a road trip. The day before the trip, the vehicle repairs failed. Additionally I had 3 deaths in the family. This left with me with no car. I made the reservations online and the guys at this location could not have made my rental experience any easier. Nonhassles at all. I had to even extend the length of the rental to attend the funeral of my father. The extension was done over the phone with no issues. Sort of. There was a satellite radio situation that didn't work but the charges were refunded without incident.nWhen returning my vehicle, there was another customer awaiting service that was extremely drunk. The way the service men handled the situation was very professional. It was handled in such a way that it didn't bring embarrassment to her, me as a customer or in any way to the company. She was escorted out of the building with so much finesse, I doubt if she realized she was being handled.

When I got there to pick up a car to use for the weekend. One person was being helped while a couple of other employees seemed to be standing around. It was ok, I guess. It didnt take the one employee working to get to me. Maybe 7-10 mins. I was hoping to get a mustang convertible, but was surprised to geta buick convertible. Thought I wouldn't like it, but it was a fantastic car. When I brought the car back it was quick and easy. In and out in less than 5 mins. 4 stars for the wait and watching the employees talk to each other and letting people stand around.

Rented a minivan for a few days for a family trip. The bad: We found a small amount of trash inside the vehicle, worst of all (in pandemic times) a used toothpick under a seat. Halfway through the trip, the windshield washer fluid light came on. This was a brand new vehicle with under 2k miles on it. I am also accustomed to airport rentals, where the gas is topped off to begin with, however this started at 1/4 tank.nnThe good: To their credit, these were not major issues. The van was great, the pickup and dropoff were easy and quick. I mentioned the issues to Will, who worked well under pressure, professionally, and with a smile, to give me a credit for one of the rental days, and a coupon for the next rental. This was not necessary, but it did make me VERY pleased with his service. So I'm giving a full 5 stars and can recommend using this Enterprise location.

The enterprise off parallel in Wyandotte County KS does not know how to effectively communicate to their customers. I had car issues and had to extend my rental time multiple times. This is not the first time I have had to do this with enterprise as a corporation. Normally if the need the car back for someone else, they reach out the day before so they can plan accordingly. These people did no such thing. I reached out to extend on the day of and they informed me since it was a nascar weekend the car had to be back that day or the price would go up $177 a day. I was out In blue springs at the place doing the warranty work. My original return time was 12:00. I had the car back at 3:00pm and they were going to charge me another day anyways. So, I did what anyone would do and took my keys back. He told me to have it back before noon the next day. I get there at 11 and they charged me FOR ANOTHER DAY! They claim that because I picked it up at 08:00 originally that I needed it back by then. Why didn’t he say that the day before?! Who knows. I have had to extend my rentals dozens of times at other Enterprises across America, one for 8 weeks and I have never had a rate change. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone with Enterprise. I use them numerous times a year for work and pleasure. I will do my best to never ever give this location another dime of my money.
