Avis Car Rental

I have done business with Avis for 12-15 years now. I consistently get good rates by adding coupons etc.I also like their fleet selection.nnBut my review is based on this specific location on State Ave, KCK.nI give them 2 stars for being friendlynBut, it really all ends there for me.nnMy car wasn't ready.nI left 90 min late for my highway trip because of that. My vehicle had clear maintenance neglect. The back tire was very low on air.nThe radio system wasn't working.nAnd if I hadn't already had luggage loaded before I noticed....oh yeah...and if I wasn't already late leaving the city I would have returned it. And I did have to stop twice on our road trip to add air to the tire.nCome on Midas.

Excellent service. Fast and convenient

It was a 5 star until they messed up the billing and I got my credit card frozen for unauthorized charges!!!! Who charges a credit card over a thousand dollars and not ask the consumer for permission first!!!
