I hesitate to leave review , but I've already exhausted all means with Hertz to resolve my issue. Simply put, I rented a car for one day, returned it the second day. The place was packed, so I asked the front desk if I Can drop the keys at the drop box, he said yes, so I dropped them and left trusting that Hertz will take care of it. 14 days later , what was supposed to be a one day rental of 30-40 bucks, ended up being ~$500. I went to this office and called 3 times, I Called hertz main support line twice, was on hold for over an hour. The office employee indicated that the car was rented during the 'presumed' 14 day rental period to another customer, so it definitely was returned earlier. They promised to investigate and get back to me: Crickets. I Finally filed a charge dispute, which Hertz contested. The sad thing is that I am a 5 Star member with Hertz, I rent with them, and used to recommend them to all of my coworkers. I tolerated all of the little things, the last minute car swaps, the incorrect car make and model on the rental agreement, that incorrect fuel level indication, but this ? this is blatant theft. Don't trust this Hertz location when returning a vehicle, document everything, I know it's painful for someone who is a frequent flyer. Otherwise take your chance with another rental company.

The inconvenience of it being closed on Sunday with no operational drop box really impacted my trip. I wished when I booked it for a Sunday return, they had informed me. I had to alter plans and find alternate transportation arrangements on the day of a loved ones funeral servuces.

There were 8 of us in line. I was the 4th, it took me over 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a rental car. I had an appointment, it was not a complex rental, everything was already set up online the week before. They had multiple credit car issues, they still used the slider and not the chip (not PCI compliant, which is against the law in this state). It literally takes them 30 minutes to get a customer set up. It took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to me, about 15 minutes to process my reservation. I was told that it would take 20 minutes to clean and prep my car, it ended up taking 45 minutes. This was with at least 6 staff members in this office working. Strangely, people behind me were able to get cars and leave sooner than us earlier. One of them didn't even have reservation, yet they all got their cars and left. Meanwhile, we who got there earlier just waited. One lady before me had to cancel her doctor's appointment because it took so long. As I drove off, she is still there waiting for her car, she was in line ahead of me...

The best!! Bruce and his team will treat you right. They were able to upgrade our vehicle size in 12 hours and everything was ready right on time.

Rented a Jeep on Hertz points that I had been saving for over a year. Took it out for a 3 day camping trip in the central Nevada desert. On the way to the campsite on a dirt service road about 20 miles from nowhere I get a flat tire. This is where I discover that all four tires are almost completely bald. The puncture looked like more of a dry rot crack straight through one of the center treads. The jeep had over 30k miles and they clearly never checked the tire condition. We had to cancel the trip and drove back to Vegas. Tried to return the car the next day and their office was full of angry customers. Rather than create another problem for them I opted to leave after explaining to the desk associate that I would be expecting a refund of my points for the days I didn't use and I would be back the next day so they could get their act together. Upon return the next day, I explained my situation to the attendant and that I wanted to be contacted by the Manager for resolution. He told me to drop the keys in the express drop box and they would process the return and the manager would be calling me. After waiting an entire week they processed my return receipt and decided to charge me for an entire additional week of rental fees to the tune of $700 on my company card, as if I had kept the car for 7 more days. The manager never called me back after three separate requests to do so. I assume this is because the manager is either incompetent, frequently absent, or just plain does not care about that location or its customers. Possibly all of the above. I called and talked to one of attendants there and while he did remember the incident, he could only submit a request for refund that according to him would take 4-6 weeks to turn around on a credit card. With no case number or confirmation. I ended up having to call the regular service line and hold for over an hour to get somebody who would create a ticket for me and provided a case number. The turn around time is 3-10 days according to the call center. I am astounded that this location managed to screw up this badly. Not only did they send me off with a potentially dangerous set of tires that caused a trip cancellation. They also ripped me off for approximately 4500 hertz points and charged me $700 for a car I didnt even have. I you choose to do business here: CHECK THE TIRES ON THE CAR BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! DO NOT WALK AWAY WITHOUT A RECEIPT!!! DO NOT DROP THE KEYS IN THE EXPRESS BOX!!!! Dont bother trying to contact the manager for any issues. You'll only get sympathy from the people who work there. They probably arent supported by their location manager either.
