Well, the price is good, and the service guys are nice and friendly. But one of the women there I just can't stand. She was going on and on about why I should buy their insurance without taking a breath, so when I interjected to say something, she told me that I had cut her off. Just rude. This is just the last time I have had to deal with her - I already dreaded going there because I have had to deal with her before, and she is NEVER pleasant. I wish I knew her name, but since I get along with almost everybody, I'm pretty certain her coworkers know whom I am referring to.
Cars were not cleaned after return. Rented a car from them and the car still had trash inside.
Misleading information - unlimited mileage but limited to four States. We reserved a van to travel to Yellowstone national park with our family for over a week. The national reservation system representative was eager to take our reservation but never informed us that we were limited to four states in our travel, which excludes Wyoming. I've never experienced a rental car business that had limited their cars travel to specific States so I just verified that the mileage was unlimited.
On the morning we went to pick up the van, the desk agent told us that the van could not be taken out of Nevada, California, Arizona and Utah. She refused to make exceptions despite our surprise and predicament. She stated that they are privately owned and not part of the national Budget. We had to scramble to make adjustments to our trip.
They should make sure that this information is clear up front. I suspect that the other negative reviews may have something to do with rules and decisions that this privately owned location is allowed to make that differ from the national corporate policies. I also would be concerned that there are other misleading aspects to car rentals at this location.
Very clean. I've never received a bad car so I continue to drive far to rent from there. I love it
