Excellent customer service. Picking up was easy and somewhat fast. They'll call you when your car is ready and walk you to it. They do the inspection electronically with you, so there's no "yourself" doing it on a piece of paper (and no bringing any paperwork back when you return it). They don't let you leave with a car you're not happy with. The BEST part..... their cars ARE clean. The cars don't have that nasty cleaner smell that other places use to "cover" the smoke smell. Yes, they do have cars that smell like smoke but they're happy to find you what works for you. Also, you can tell that they've cleaned everything inside and out. No stains, or fingerprints on commonly used areas. I'm a frequent renter (2x/month or more) and I've rented from all major rental companies in the Valley, airport and off. Enterprise has been THE BEST so far. They take care of every detail for you to have the best experience. I just only wish they were a little less expensive than the rest, but again you get what you pay for. Look for a deal ahead of time and this place is the best to rent from.

Very convenient, picked me up at the body shop that was fixing my car BUT the driver started to move while I was still getting out of the shuttle van and caused me to fall. The first car I got smelled awful, like smoke and body odor. They did exchange the car the next day but I feel like it shouldn’t have been rented in the first place without them thoroughly cleaning it. Staff inside the renting center were helpful and knowledgeable and fast.

The process to rent was easy. There was a line, but they moved through it very quickly. I signed up for the click it and they pick it, but the car they wanted to give me was too small. They accommodated my request to upgrade (at my cost, of course) despite my original request. The drop off process was simple as well. The biggest compliment is that I used a debit card and dropped off my rental on a Saturday morning and they credited my account back by Monday morning. Excellent experience as always!

COVID 2020 (11/04/2020)

Jorge helped me and he was nice and professional. Gave me couple options for vehicles. The rate was pretty cheap which i was happy about. Returning the car was easy and no hassle at all. Overall a good experience.

Super easy to reserve a car and pick it up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Do make sure to double check your bill at the end to make sure they don’t bill you for gas unless you approved them to gas up the car upon return. Overall though great experience, would recommend.
