Booked a reservation at the Henderson Boulder Highway location and when I arrived there found that location closed. Called the location and was told I’d have to go to another location and that Enterprise, whose catch phrase was at one point, “We’ll pick you up,” could not, in fact, pick me up. The representative, named Brian, was not apologetic in the slightest and actually lied and tried to say the reservation was booked for a different location. When I told Brian that I had screen shots of my reservation to prove he was lying, he backed off this claim immediately. Horrible customer service.
I called for a specific car and was told it was going to be ready at 830 in the morning , after a few hours past that I was told with an attitude that they couldn’t promise me the car they promised ,never again thank you .
This Boulder hwy Henderson location is wonderful, thoroughly satisfied, customer service reps are great, very reasonable highly recommend
Renting from Enterprise has been GREAT!! I have rented in both Carlsbad, CA and Henderson, NV and have received the same great service from both locations. They are very accommodating and have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. My brother has also rented from Enterprise and found that the original car he was given as his rental in the LA area did not meet his expectations. He was able to go into a local Enterprise in the San Diego area and they exchanged his car with no hassle. They have earned another loyal customer. Will definitely continue to rent from Enterprise. GREAT JOB GUYS!!
