This was the easiest most painless procedure I've ever had! From the moment I called Hertz for a rental car, my stress level was reduced drastically!! After calling and talking with Janice Hobart, things only got better and better!! The car was ready and waiting upon my arrival as was everything else, paperwork, and signatures, the whole process took 15- 20 mins. Great experience for same day service. This is the worst car rental place in topeka. The customer service is very UN informative. Our car needed emergency repair on the control arm so we needed a vehicle . They let me drive my family all the way there with our broke car just to tell us no that our bank account doesn't meet the credit check. WHO DOES THAT . Not not only could he have told me that over the phone. But who run credit checks on an actual bank account . Im furious over this. Definitely will NOT be going there again.
Great service and she was early to pick me up
Lady gave no information and had a horrible attitude didnt ask where I was going and then overcharged me for using to many miles
No forthcoming about extra charges. Had car 4 days at $58/day and ended up paying $300. When I asked about the bill they were not very helpful and told me it was taxes and fees. When I questioned further they hung up on me. Not forth coming about mileage cap or extra driver fees. Also not very nice. Will never use them again nor will I recommend them.
