Great customer support. Notification early from emails. No wait time if complete form before checking out vehicle. Vehicle clean inside, need windows and tires cleaned better to go with clean vehicle body. Covers all information offered for insurance protection with clear explanation. I am very pleased and will share with my family and friends the quality Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers and care for its customers.

I've rented a vehicle from Enterprise for every vacation I've been on and they have the service extremely streamlined now. It was the easiest experience I've ever had renting a vehicle. The representatives were very knowledgeable and polite. Two thumbs up to Enterprise. I will continue to rent from them in the future.

My car was totaled the other person's insurance covered for me to get a rental. Needless to say I call to set up an appointment and I am told they have nothing available until the next day at 10am. I explained that I had to be to work at 9am and was told there was nothing they could do did not have anything. My friend gets online and says they have cats available and she could pick one up at 2pm. I go the next day at 10am and I get told you was supposed to be here yesterday. I told them that I was told you didn't have anything available and my friend could rent one yesterday when I was unable. His response was the website does not update. Good thing the other person's insurance is paying for this because I would have gone somewhere else. I would not recommend this company.

Check in was great. The guy that helped me was super!!! Got a minivan at full size car rental price and loved it. Got copy of rental agreement printed out for me and emailed to me. Returned earlier then planned and did after hours key return and parked it in parking lot. Got a final receipt emailed to me and they credited back the deposit. Love downtown location for rentals. Great people work there and have wonderful phone service too.

Fast, painless. The service was great. Not a nightmare to deal with like Avis, who's sole purpose is to rip you off. I will only use enterprise from here on.
