I was able to pick up my rental quickly and efficiently. The gentleman working was masked, polite, and friendly. The car I rented was reasonably priced with no hassle, clean, and achieved superb gas mileage. I’ve rented dozens of times from Hertz and Enterprise, and I probably won’t go back since I had such a good experience with Avis. Thanks!
I had an emergency and needed to leave quickly. After frustrations with the other rental companies, AVIS pulled through. The agent was nice and understanding! The process was quick and easy, and I was out in 10 minutes! Thanks for being there!
The whole process from booking online, picking up the vehicle to return what simple and not time consuming. Staff was courteous, the vehicle was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend friends, family and coworkers to use Avis. My wife is military and has to travel within the US at times and I am a truck driver, sometimes I have a day or two down time and would definitely use Avis again to have a vehicle to use outside the truck to go and be able to enjoy my time off
My husband and I went in after making a reservation and asking about paying online. The guy at the counter said the option was online, even though we didn't see it. He would not help us to find it. On top of that, we then went outside to try again 5 more times (still did not work) and when we came back to the door, he rudely made us wait outside so that he could chat with his buddy (we knew he was not a customer as he was getting a customer into a car when we got there). We left! This place is awful, the guys are rude and would obviously rather hang out than help customers.
If I could give 0 stars I would. The person working was very rude and un helpful.. he made me and my wife wait out side while he talked with one of the other worker. Not to mention it was almost closing time and I think he just didn't want to hassle with the whole process right at close. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!!!.
