Budget Car and Truck Rental

After enterprise screwed us over by giving our reservation away without notifying us, leaving us stranded and sitting on the curb, budget saved the day and got us a same day rental so we could make it home on schedule. They were so kind and courteous. Complete opposite of the way we were treated and spoken to at enterprise. We are loyal budget customers from now on.

This is a privately owned budget. (All of the budgets in Wichita have the same owner) They do not use normal policies from the corporate locations. Very inconvenient. They needed pay stubs, utility bills and everything under the sun. We tried to pay the full amount upfront and they told us no. Never using Wichita budgets again. We’d rather drive an hour out of our way than use the budgets in Wichita.

We reserved our vehicle On the 5th of August. The day of pick up they tell us that they have no SUV available and our only option is a minivan. I shopped around for other places but had no luck so I decided to go with the minivan at the 21st and Ridge location. 15 minutes before pick up I got a call from Kelsey or Katie not for sure which one as I dealt with both of them And they canceled our minivan as the people that had it we’re not going to return it today. And they had no other option for us besides a smaller vehicle which would not fit our family of six. I still can’t wrap my head around how one can book a vehicle have it confirmed and then 15 minutes before pick up they tell us sorry But we have no other vehicle for you. Now we are taking two vehicles because we are one person over to our Destination which is four hours away. I’m baffled ud83dude15.nnDefinitely poor customer service.

They charge you to change dates !!! So I had to rebook and new policy for some odd reason gave me 100 mile limit to drive 10 hours away !!! The previous one I canceled had unlimited!!! Just like the 20 times I booked in the past !!!! All bad service !!!!! Rude people !!!! Makes no sense why they would scam someone like that . Then they refuse to even try and help .
