They were willing to accommodate my same day rental, and after calling the location to see if I could get a pickup, they were able to do that too. When it was time to return the car the dropoff was easy, even though there was only the manager there, washing cars himself. He offered excellent customer service despite being the sole guy there doing all the work himself!
I had to have my car worked on and originally thought I only needed a rental for three days. I paid a $200 deposit when picking up the car, which was fine. It ended up that I had the car for a week because of parts issues with my car. I called Enterprise daily to let them know what was going on.nI have profound hearing loss, and with masks everyone sounds like Charlie Brown's teacher. I misunderstood what the Enterprise employee was telling me, I thought he said I owed $382, and if that would have been the case then they had never given me credit for what I had already paid them. The agent was very calm and never lost his cool. I'm used to a payment due being at the bottom of a bill, that's why I thought they were trying to get $382. The agent went through it step by step, I owed $18 and change. I was very embarrassed I apologized profusely Your guys at the Wichita office I went to were total professionals. I've rented for the Enterprise in the past and you'll continue to be my go-to in the future.
It took about 45 minutes to get my car, and there's a slight smell in the lobby, but otherwise a decent experience.nThey gave me a Toyota Camry and it's very clean and modern. Almost too modern for me, lol.nAs of September 28th, they are still requiring masks before entering.
Convenient location to downtown Wichita, friendly staff and easy to find.
We had someone rent a car from this company and come try to steal a calf out of our pasture and put it in the back of the car. We called enterprise and the sherrif did and they did absolutely nothing about the driver. Really upset about how they handled the situation because my family has used them for years.
