Tried renting from location twice both in which didn’t know where booked vehicle from a week prior; was at during pick up time, no estimation on when car would arrive just kept telling me they’re working on it got tired of waiting after on hour...happened TWICE, safe to say last time doing business with this unprofessional company. Do not recommend and would recommend Enterprise 100%

Do not recommend. Need to get employees who know what they're doing. Have had to call multiple times to see where my deposit is, even took more than the deposit was since they didn't have change. Even called to verify all info was correct to call again a couple weeks later to be told they sent it somewhere else and the application that was filled out had right address but again they supposedly still sent it to the wrong place. Manager is not helpful was supposed to give calls back never did. First time renting a car from anywhere is this was not a good experience. Will never go here again.
Rented a mid size suv to go to colorado with. Got a front wheel drive buick made in china. The doors flapped in the wind but the worse part was the extremely bald tires. We were driving in mild snow and the car couldn't go past 3 mph or it would spin. On a highway. We almost died about 3 times. Called the shop in denver and they offered no help. None. Do NOT RENT FROM HERE. Even if insurance wants you to, demand another service. We would have had better luck with our own car.
By far the worst rental car company I have ever used. First car they gave me smelled like someone used the backseat as a toilet. Then they gave me a truck that needed a new tire and an alignment. Scratched up all over the place and dirty. To add insult to injury I was informed vehicle was due back on 10-13. On 10-12 I recieved a call from the clerk at this location demanding I return the vehicle that day. According to the papit was due back on 10-13, they wanted it back on 10-12. They informed me it was actually due back on 10-09. Nobody called me whatsoever on 10-09. The paperwork zaid to return on 10-13. After the call I dropped what I was doing. I left work and took their truck back. They were authorized to charge $103.19 to my cc. They charged $243.21 instead.
