We used Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Derby, Ks to rent from for our Colorado vacation this summer and were very pleased with our experience there. When our scheduled vehicle hadn't returned yet, they upgraded us at no additional cost and we were very pleased with the vehicle that we wound up renting. It was very clean and reliable to take to Colorado and back. The staff there was also very helpful and friendly and got us out quick and checked back in quickly when we returned. We will definitely be returning customers in the future.

Great professionalism with every one involved there. Took total control over my rental car needs. Easily 5 stars. 6 if they had another one.

I didn’t like the idea that I had to wait till after 2pm to get my rental. I thought they were bringing me a car equivalent to the one that was wrecked, but kind of find out they just used what was at the old office in Winfield. So I had to drive a family van. Said they would be there at two then they called me at 10 till two stating that the person was caught in traffic and they would be about 20 minutes late. And then they called me within 30 minutes after being notified that my car was finished, To notify me that I need to bring the rental back. They charge for a full day on the day when I was not able to obtain my car until two and they charge for a full day when the car was returned before noon. But on a positive note the staff person at the Winfield office was very nice even after I was aggravated
