I decided to rent from Hertz after having a terrible experience with Enterprise. The staff was nice, the car was nice, and renting was incredibly easy and hassle free. If I need to rent again, I’ll be using Hertz from now on.

Never rent if under 25. If you rent online it’ll charge you more but not put down that it’s charging due to being under 25. Then when you pick it up they’ll charge you for being underage. I lost about $200 due to it and the online doesn’t record it as underage so you can’t dispute the charges.

Hertz customer for 20+ years. Prepaid for a rental - showed up at 3:30 - had to wait half an hour and they didn't have any cars available. They said they transferred my reservation across town, but the other HLE was closed. Ok...so... they hand me a brochure and tell me to call the corporate number and they were closed. Called corporate- tried to get a car from the airport which they were going to unchanged me for. No cars available.nPrepaid.nNo cars available. Told them to cancel. Haven't gotten the prepay back.nI went to Enterprise and will do so from now on.nWorst Custer service I've ever had renting a car

I rented a cargo van for my move and the van was there on time and checkout was simple. Tiffany was great to deal with. Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Was supposed to pickup a rental at 4pm. Got to wait outside in 95 degree weather because no one was there to let me in to pickup a rental I already paid for. A fella that maybe works on cars or something came to the door when I knocked, but wasn't able to unlock it, and said someone with a key would be right back. 30+ minutes later after knocking multiple times, someone finally comes to let me in, hands me keys and says here you go. No walk through of the car. No sorry for making you wait and no one was here. Nothing.
