They told us to pick up our car at 12 noon on Saturday. They close at 12 noon on Saturday. Seriously? We had to get on the phone and try to locate another car at the Enterprise across town. I'm really not sure how a company thus large could make this mistake, but it ruined our afternoon and we were late getting out of town. Not cool, Enterprise.

This was my second time renting from this location. The first time was fantastic. This time the return was a little rough. I left the vehicle keys with the employee, who said she would email the receipt and call if there were any issues. I got neither. I called 3 days later to get my receipt and was sent the receipt from my first visit twice. I contacted corporate customer service to find out what was going on and was told a receipt had not been generated yet. I finally contacted the local location a third time later that day and was able to get a receipt sent to me. Lesson learned... don't leave until you have a receipt in hand or in your email. This was a lot of time wasted and caused unnecessary anxiety about if the vehicle I rented was checked in on time or even at all, potentially creating additional charges. (It was checked in 2 hours after I returned it but did not generate additional charges.)

The service rep.was quick and efficient. She gave me the price for the car each time I agreed to a fee she told me about another fee. In the end the one day rental was quite pricey. None of the fees were refundable if not used.

Very poor experience at this branch. The car I rented reeked of cigarette smoke. I notified them of this and asked for a different car but they stated they didn’t have one and would add the smell into my contract. They also said that they would call me when they got a different car. I had to spend 3 days with a car that made all of my belonging smell like cigarettes. When I called and mentioned this to them again, they acted surprised and said they didn’t see any kind of note about contacting me. I took my business to Hertz and had a much better experience.
