Bismarck mandan Transit I ride the bus to my doctor appointment like eye doctor dentist regular doctor bus drivers of always been kind and courteous they always pick you up at the right time drop you off where you need to go and when you need to be there bus drivers you get to know her leave I have no complaint with this service
Bad place to work...nVery expensive service payed by taxpsyers to haul around the homeless...and a handfull of honest riders.definatly needs reform.

OMG. This place is grossss. Overpriced service, just efn disrespectful staff. This place is just to be avoided.nnFor example. I ordered a cab one night. 1 hour 45min they call. This lady starts yelling am calling me a dead beat looser. She even quoted me a Bismarck city ordenance(which was made up) that I had to go out and pay the driver or I would be be referred to local pd for charges.
The system is alright enough when one needs this sort of transport. However, I find the drivers to be of minimal help and often rude. Even in Grand forks the bus service is friendlier than here. Too bad, as Bis deserves better.
